The hotel's central location in Chinatown made it easy to walk to most sights in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the transportation options were convenient, with easy access to buses for exploring the rest of the island.

A brand new hostel with super nice staff, nice and clean rooms. Our has shared bathroom, but it was absolutly all right!! We have been several hotels/hostels/guest houses in Malaysia but for the price it was the best.

You can hear almost everything from the other rooms. Thin walls, thats all.

For staying in the dorm room,we can heard sound coming from the next room disturbing we sleep but other thing still ok.

The motel had a comfortable environment with beautiful light design. The location was strategic and everything was within a 15 minute walk including famous wall art and a hawker center. The service was exceptional with early check-in and temporary luggage storage.

The noise pollution was quite noticeable and the mosquito problem was a small issue.

Location is just quite near to love lane. Stuff is so friendly to give advice to travel around Penang.

The noise will be sometimes annoying from next door and outside the room. While this is really good price to stay here.

This hotel in the center of town is a great value for money with basic amenities and a friendly staff. Located in the UNESCO world heritage area, it is the perfect base for exploring the tourist attractions of George Town.

The bathrooms could be cleaner and less slippery.

The inn staff are helpful and friendly. Simple breakfast are provided. Rooms are clean but the air-con are leaking. The management did have someone to look into it and the leaking still happen but less often. This inn is not suitable for those with car as there were no parking space. We have to park our car beside the small road of Muntri. But the location is good as you can catch a few painting on the wall by the famous wall painter :)

1. I think the listing on Booked.net failed to mention there are shared bathrooms, because we didn't expect this. Shouldn't be a problem for most young people, though. 2. There were a TON of mosquitoes everywhere: I killed at least 6 in our room on the first night, then one more the next day, after it bit me. They were also in the bathrooms and in the hall. Granted, our stay was during the rainy season, but most of them could easily be kept away by burning citronella candles or something. 3. A bunch of loud kids were hanging out in the lobby and the hallway, and our room had paper-thin walls. My wife was really annoyed by their noise, especially when it lasted until after midnight. There should at least be a 10:00pm curfew. 4. Annoying taxi drivers in the lobby.

The location of this guesthouse is very convenient. It is easy to reach by public transport, with bus stops nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area, offering a variety of food. the seating area upstairs is a great place to relax and mingle with other guests.

The shared bathrooms are not in the best condition.

Very good value for money. Nice common room, in which you can meet other visitors. Breakfast was very simple, but alright.

Well the place is not in the main road, but you can go to the tourism spot by walk in 30minute to 1hour. the place is much quite but the space of the room (dorm) is not really good, and you can hear the next door voice, as the wall was made from plywood. but overall is good to stay for 1 - 2 days coffee or tea for free anytime you want, and you can get towel for free
